Laguanå

In CHamoru, “laguanå” is the word for soursop fruit,
which can be used for medicinal or cooking purposes.

laguanå
hung low beneath bush
stiff black peaks penetrating
green fiber rugged, thick meat
split deep opalescent rich
fertile with seed sweet pool
of frothed sap drip lazily
soak mouth and slip to
fingers drenched
wet with
milk
