               adolescent,     boyish
             brat,    conning
cad,    dastardly
              dick,    egotistical
      egghead    faults
        females,    girth
        growing    hefty,
              handling his    inadequate 
             inchy    jerking 
           jailbait     kitties.
           Keenly     loathing
             lovely     mothers
      manhood     negates
         nuisance     ovaries.
           Ornery     paternalists
          placate     questioning, 
             querulously     reveling,
        reciting     stupid
      scenarios,     tipsy
        tributes     underestimating
              unavailable    velvet
        vaginas.     Worming,
       weighing     explanations,
       exposing     yourself,
your     zipper.
           Zip-it!

Kathleen A. Lawrence started writing poetry just three years ago. Since then she has had poems published in Rattle (Poets Respond), Eye to the Telescope, Scryptic, haikuniverse, Silver Blade Magazine, Altered Reality Magazine, Star*Line, Undertow Tanka Review, New Verse News, The Wild Word, among others. Lawrence has had two of her poems nominated for "Best of the Net" awards, three poems for Rhysling Awards (SFPA), and two poems for a Pushcart Prize.
